Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr.Atiur Rahman recently inaugurated the American Express Credit Card franchise business of City Bank as the Chief Guest. City Bank's Chairman Aziz Al Kaiser is seen handing over the first American Express Credit Card of Bangladesh to Dr.Atiur Rahman at the Grand Launch Ceremony at a hotel in Dhaka.
